Upload photos and videos

On iPhone, selecting and confirming your photos can take a few seconds—then the upload is quick. Keep your phone charged and don’t lock the screen until it’s finished.

When the upload page asks for your name, use a name or nickname we’ll recognise (or an anonymous one)—it’s added to each photo’s file name so we know who to thank.

How it works

  1. Tap “Upload photos and videos”.
  2. Select your photos or videos.
  3. Keep the upload page open until all files have finished uploading.

Large videos may take several minutes. A stable Wi-Fi or mobile-data connection is recommended.

Everything is private. Your photos and videos upload directly to our private NAS at home—not to any cloud platform or outside service. After uploading you can’t see your own files, and no guest can see what anyone else sent. We’ll review everything before sharing any gallery.

Having trouble?
  • Try a smaller batch if uploading many files fails.
  • Keep the browser open until the upload completes.
  • Use Wi-Fi for large videos where possible.
  • Return to this page and try again if the upload page does not open.
